Megan Brooks is the Dean of Library Services at Wheaton College. As Dean, she is responsible for all matters relating to the library and media services: collections, services, spaces, and staffing. Megan co-coordinates the Galleries, Libraries, Archives, and Museums LEAPS, co-leads the college's involvement in the AAC&U Institute on Open Educational Resources, and serves on the DEAL Strategic Planning and Assessment Committee, the Curriculum Committee, and the Library, Technology, and Learning Committee.
Prior to her time at Wheaton, Megan directed library research and instruction teams at Mount Holyoke College and Wellesley College. Megan holds an MLS from Syracuse University and a BA from the College of St. Benedict. Born and raised in Minnesota, Megan believes “Duck Duck, Grey Duck” is the superior name for the children’s game. She and her wife Amy live in Natick, MA with their dog Neville.
