Stella Hudson is the Instruction & Assessment Librarian for Wallace Library. She provides in-class instruction on information and technology literacy, promoting students' understanding of where to find library resources and how to evaluate them for their unique needs. She supports the Social Sciences department and loves to help find books, articles, images, and other sources, improve students search skills, discuss the interpretation and display of data, and assist with the ever-important use of citations.

Stella received her BA in English from the College of William and Mary in 2021 and her MLIS from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 2023. She still remembers what it's like to be a student and is a self-professed expert in writing A+ research papers. She is excited to share what she has learned with Wheaton students. When not at work, Stella reads constantly, listens to true crime podcasts, and tries to learn to cook in her apartment kitchen. This is her first time living without a pet, so she thrives off other people showing her their cute animal pictures.
